I currently write for a magazine but would love to expand my clientele. If you have a particular outlet you'd like to write for, look at their website and see if you can find the pitching guidelines. They usually have an editor or email listed and requirements for pitches. If you're stumped on thinking of outlets, look for one you'd love to write for on Linked In, then on the right hand side you'll see a "people also viewed" that can give you more ideas!
