Give me your best "on the road" snacks
Women's Health product round up and TONS of newly published articles
Does anyone else feel like Q3 is the “getting ready” quarter? With the first half of the year behind us and a few months until the always chaotic Q4 begins, it feels *a bit* like a lull.
While I’m taking advantage of this by planning some fun long weekends in Q3 and time away from my computer, I’m also using it as a time to brush up and catch up….
(and now that I’ve said that my workload and personal life will start overflowing again)
A couple of things I’m investing in learning and preparing for include:
1. A membership to Skillshare — I took advantage of Skillshare’s 40% off Summer Deal and purchased a year subscription. I’m currently learning how to use Notion to organize my work and life better, and I have several cooking and photography classes saved to take in the coming months!
2. Crossing my fingers and pumping out helpful SEO website content to increase the AD revenue come Q4.
3. FINALLY finishing a signature course for my website on a balanced eating approach to stop overeating.
I started writing for FOUR new outlets in Q2, so I’m taking a short break from actively pitching new-to-me editors while I really hone in on learning the styles and formats of writing for the newish outlets over the next month or two.
In the coming weeks, I’ll feature a Q&A section answering any of your burning media questions. If you have questions about writing sound bites, answering media interviews, freelance writing, getting media mentions, or anything else related to media or writing, use the button below to ask away, and I’ll choose a few to answer the following week!

Women’s Health | Best Road Trip Snacks (NEED BY EOD TODAY— MONDAY 7/8/2024): I’m still looking for portable, non-perishable snack foods that are easy to take on the road. Given that it’s summertime, bonus points for snacks that won’t melt or be too messy when the car heats up (or one-handed options for those driving!). I won’t be able to quote or link experts for this story; I am just looking for products to feature. For responses, email Kelsey@graciouslynourished.com with the subject line “Women’s Health Best Road Trip Snacks”
