LOTS of Health and Nutrition Insights Needed!
..Cardiologists, Dietitians, Longevity Experts.... I need you<3
I have a LONG list of media requests this week, but first…. let’s chat about what YOU need.
🧠 Media tip of the week: Help me help you
Start your responses with relevant, real-world quotes… then follow up with details. As a journalist, I get excited about using quotes that speak to the readers in a way they actually care about, not ones that read like a textbook.
Instead of:
“Magnesium is a mineral that plays a role in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It’s found in leafy greens, nuts, and seeds, and it helps regulate muscle and nerve function.”
Try this:
“Magnesium helps your muscles and nervous system relax—and most people don’t get enough of it.”
Then explain why it matters, or what to eat.
Follow up with context and supporting details, but your first sentence should be quote-worthy on its own.
