Introducing Dietitian Media Insights + Give Me Your Best Road Trip Snacks!
Media placements made EASY for nutrition, food, and wellness brands and businesses
This newsletter has been A LONG time coming, and after putting off learning this platform for SIX months, It took me a measly two hours to learn the platform and get my first newsletter written and ready to go.
Putting off a task for months only to realize it takes minutes to accomplish—you know, that ol’ chestnut.
If this ended up in your inbox and you didn’t specifically subscribe to this substack, you provided your email in the form sent out a couple of months ago requesting experts’ contact information if you wanted to be considered for media interviews and requests. This newsletter is a streamlined way to do just that, giving you an equal opportunity each week!
If you don’t want this newsletter, scroll to the bottom and unsubscribe!
I am beyond excited to get this newsletter up and running and out to you weekly because…
A. I am desperate eager for a way to get expert interviews and product pitches for the stories I’m working on with less back and forth and less bot-response sifting.
B. I spend a good amount of time each week chatting with dietitians, health experts, and wonderful PR folks about strategies for getting featured in the media, tips for improving sound bites, and how to get started with media-centered work. Now, I have a place to share tips and strategies in one place!
C. My inbox can finally be clear of emails asking if an article I’ve been working on has been published! I’ll update published articles weekly in my newsletter so you can see your name or brand in lights the week it goes live!
So, here goes!

Women’s Health | Best Road Trip Snacks: Looking for portable, non-perishable snack foods that are easy to take on the road. Given that it’s summertime, bonus points for snacks that won’t melt or be too messy when the car heats up (or one-handed options for those driving!). I won’t be able to quote or link experts for this story, I am just looking for products to feature. For responses, email Kelsey@graciouslynourished.com with the subject line “Women’s Health Best Road Trip Snacks”
